I can tell you this from experience. If you're going to be parking planes along with 4-5 year upgrades, and no future beyond Feb. 2018 then you'll have a damn hard time recruiting pilots. Been there done that and it's awful in terms of getting pilots and movement aka QOL.

First: Billy...shut your mouth...you have never added anything to the discussion except ridiculous analysis but then coat it with "but we are all in this together" bs.
For Alfred:
There has been an indoc class every two weeks all year save for a week or two. The class sizes have varied from 2 at the lowest to 15 but most are around seven.
There are two more classes starting this year including on Monday. Then a break due to holiday scheduling.

Wow, you must fly jets! I bet you're such a great stick and so great at flying jets a regional airline lets you fly them for peanuts and subpar working conditions... I admire people like you that stand on the 3rd place podium and put down the guys who finished 4th or worse. If you can't tell, (maybe because your unjustified ego is so big) it's sarcasm.

Just because there is an increase of RAH planes in The World doesn't mean they haven't had to bring in PSA and Envoy to cover their flying, it just means, as you stated, that mainline is taking the gates.
It was in FEB of this year that the company pulled back from parking their planes because AA was begging them to keep flying. I just heard this today that we are going to actually do it and park and part-out those planes.
I am not sure of the number but it is around 4. Obviously the planes they paint are not the ones that are going to time-out.
