The biggest difference between AWAC and PSA is the fact that PSA knows it's future and AWAC not so much.

AWAC is a great company. Good pilot group, Good Pay, good Bennies. PSA is growing, more 900's and 700's. Pay is good, contract good and upgrade is around a year and with that you get a interview with American.

Both have there advantages and both there disadvantages. If I were coming through the ranks I'd lean towards PSA only because of the new equipment and with that I know it will be around for years.

Can't go wrong with both.

I agree with this ^ however I was looking for an explaination of how PSA contract is better based on just numbers. Take away the guarantee interview, the growing fleet, etc and just look at the numbers on paper as they are today AWAC contract is light years better than PSA.

Usually sentences start with capital letters, and not conjunctions.

Oh, and nonetheless is one word, not three.

Billyho actually makes a good thoughtful post and you call him out on spelling. You're the bigger tool as your spelling needs help too.
