No he's not OK with me. The letter is proof of what the former president of ALPA thinks of the Seham law firm. The ALPA LM-2 (your group keeps making me read that evidence) shows that many ALPA groups hire and retain outside counsel. Since none has retained Seham, I'd say they were effectively fired. No?

The DPA is lucky to have the Seham firm. I don't know about their generosity, just their ability to fight and win.
Seham is lucky to find another angry group of pilots that they can raid and carve out for themselves. If you decertify all the ALPA groups and take over representation, don't you get the same money ALPA had? Why wouldn't they want to keep carving off airlines?

Two emails in a row asking for donations to help them as they "have invested significant dollars in equipment, services and facilities." What happens when they run out of money? Is there a shadow group funding this operation? I don't want another AMFA here. You and I have been through that dance before. Chinese mechanics could easily be Chinese pilots this time.
