Default electronic logbook format

I have been using avlogbook on my various different palm pilots for years now.
I stopped paper logbooks the day I got my regional job. Avlogbook isn't really
supported anymore, and it does output to an excel spreadsheet with comma
separated values, but not really formatted well.

Does anybody have any info for (re)formatting logbooks in excel? Another
interview is probably a while off, but I'd like to start printing out the pages, and
keeping the paper version accessible, so I don't have to scramble when the time
comes.

Additionally, does anyone have any useful advice for do's and don'ts with
pre-printed logbooks? Or how interviewers reacted to them?

Thanks
