Well I see 136 on 24JUN already has 2 independent contractors signed up well in advance. If that is a disputed pairing then they must have snatched it from open time to have it this far in advance.
212 and 310 are already taken also. I see a line check on 212. All the 383's are still open except for the last one has an F/O signed up well in advance.
Would you please translate for all non-purples – what makes a pairing “disputed” at Fedex? Trips where other pilots have files a grievance? Or are the layovers too short, or something else?
