I was furloughed for five years previously and the "have fun at Home Depot" or your sarcastic comment ticked me off then and they tick me off. Even though you're flying a C172 and have no idea what a furlough is or feels like, trust me, some day if that fate should befall you, you will sing a different tune. Economic livelihood hangs in the balance of anyone who is furloughed, so my advice, don't post douche bag comments like that.

Getting laid off-furloughed-etc. sucks a$$ and I think we can all agree that it can be an emotional roller coaster, good luck to all those who are back in the hunt or will be shortly. Also, if you got the stomach for it-I think JetDirect might have some CJ stuff out of the Philly area.

I'm pretty sure JetDirect just posted a couple jobs for CJ captains. It's based in Coatesville, though, which is about 45 minutes from Philly.

I get them from my own website, but have been asked not to post them here anymore, as they showed the websites information. Most are pretty common the the corp aviation websites, which these days are full of crap jobs and reposts.

There is some hiring going on, I have seen it in the last month or so, but its seems to be from inside positions. Nothing from the web.

Hopefully things pick up soon. I think they are.
